  1. This is version 1.2 of the Cookbook Stack, a Hypercard 1.2.5 stack to import
  2. and classify recipes from UseNet groups like as well as keep track of your
  3. own ones. The stack is happyware.

  6.   *  ability to import plain recipes from the UseNet group
  7.       rec.food.recipes.
  8.   *  ability to import (nroff) formatted recipes that are part of the
  9.       “UseNet CookBook”.
  10.   *  formatted recipes can be imported in the metric or imperial
  11.       system, or both.
  12.   *  automatic table of contents (sort by category or name)
  13.   *  click and go from table of contents
  14.   *  simple calculator to convert to and from the metric system
  15.   *  sorting, either by name or by category
  16.   *  printing of the recipe in "fast" mode
  17.   *  several recipes that were posted on UseNet by the end of 1990.
